Everything was perfect, had a special stay in a very long time. The rooms were with a balcony. Its location was central, a few steps away from a shopping mall. I went to a good restaurant and loved the local dishes.

A deluxe room with a spectacular view of the ocean, had requested this in advance. Our food for buffet breakfast was good and all the staff were attentive and decent. The pool was nice and we had hot drinks in the poolside bar.

Very central location and exceptional views, enthusiastic staff and flawless service. The units are newly furnished, incredibly spacious. The in-house bar offers delicious drinks. Easy access to restaurants and taverns which are within walking distance of the hotel.

Good value, room was functional, staff were amicable. I loved the room, the bed was very comfy. Such a really really nice experience.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

It is seaside place to stay in Kailua-Kona, in my opinion. Plenty of options for breakfast, fresh tea, fresh bread, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and hot waffles.

Fairly clean hotel with really excellent staff, good value. Phenomenal location, around 10-15 minutes walk from hulihee palace. Complementary American breakfast - REASONABLY PRICED selection.

This was a real 3-star hotel with its friendly service and absolutely fabulous rooms. Funny staff, lovely experience. Marvellous view, a big balcony, comfy bed, too. Exceptionally nice location, 10 minutes' walk to the sand beach.

The whole experience was fabulous. Really cool staff, best possible location, stylish hotel. Fairly large suite and soft bed. The property took care of the impeccable service too.
